I am who i am, u are who u are, we are who we are.
How about the phrase above?
To me, it means: we are how we want we to be.
If we want our self to be sad for a grade F in our math subject, then sad shall we be.
If we want our self to be happy over a friends failure, then happy shall we be.
You see, there are people who have been criticized badly but can still not be depressed about it. Why? Because they choose not to.
See, we have the power. Every power on our self.
*We just have to remember.
Sad, happy, depressed, angry, crazy, freak.. it is all up to us. After all, we are who we are.
Kan?

berhenti merokok
I had a conversation with my aunt just now and she was sharing a dialogue she had with her spouse.
Wife: U should stop smoking, u know its not good for your health.
Husband: Hm i eat a lot, lucky i am smoking. if not, i can go fat.
Wife: But its not good for ur health.
Husband: But if i stop smoking, i might fall sick.
Wife: If u are sick because of Allah, than it is ok kan.. Kan its from god.
The final dialogue was beautiful.

Friendship memang beautiful
I heard that best friends/ good friends will always be there when we need them. Happy or sad.

walaupun dah setahun tak contact, bila kita call untuk menceritakan masalah2.. they are also there to listen.
a good friend wont merungut " ohhh tiba2 ja cari aku, ni mesti dah hilang kawan. baru nak cari aku".
Lama tak contact tak bermakna dah lupa. Tak bermakna dah tak cinta friendship.
Time leads the world. Hormones change. People will lead their own life differently. Different careers. Different family. etc.
*Mum, for the definition of friendship u told me, i am now not mad anymore to my best friend.
*I miss youuu
